We were delighted to hear this week that Megan Poole of Rothesay Academy was voted Scalpsie House Captain for the current school year. Megan participated in a UXL Pupil Leadership programme last year and is looking forward to putting her confidence and leadership skills into practice.
In an e-mail to course leader Michael Kearns, Megan explained that she ‘had to write and deliver a speech in front of about 60 of her peers at school.’ Megan is clearly delighted with her success and we wish her well in her new role.
